Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Sia Pulse. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Sia Pulse provides a multi-tenant clinic management platform with AI-assisted clinical documentation. The service is provided "as is" and may evolve; we will notify customers of material changes.
2. Accounts and roles
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for actions taken under your account. Clinic admins manage roles (Clinic Admin, Doctor, Staff) and can revoke access.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate any law, infringe rights, reverse-engineer the platform, or attempt to access another tenant's data. Do not upload malware or attempt to disrupt the service.
4. Clinical responsibility
AI outputs (SOAP drafts, ICD-10 suggestions, lab and imaging interpretations) are decision support, not medical decisions. Clinicians review and confirm before anything is saved to a patient record. Sia is not a healthcare provider.
5. Data ownership
You retain all rights to your clinic and patient data. We process it solely to deliver the service. You can export your data at any time.
6. Pricing and termination
Pricing is per signed agreement. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination you can export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sia is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Dubai unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
