Privacy Policy

Sia Pulse is a clinic management platform operated by Sia ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have. We process Protected Health Information (PHI) only as a data processor for our clinic customers, in line with HIPAA-aware practices and applicable MENA regulations.
1. Information we collect
Account information (name, email, clinic, role), usage data (pages visited, actions performed), and clinic data your team enters into the platform (patients, appointments, clinical notes, lab and imaging records). Voice recordings used to generate SOAP notes are processed transiently and not retained beyond what is required to produce and review the structured output.
2. How we use information
To deliver the service: authentication, multi-tenant isolation, AI documentation, queue and appointment workflows, billing, and customer support. We never sell personal or clinical data. AI processing is doctor-in-the-loop: nothing is saved to a patient record without a clinician confirming the draft.
3. Storage and security
Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Documents are stored on AWS S3 with private buckets. Tenant data is logically isolated by tenant claims on every API call. Access is governed by RBAC and full audit logs.
4. Subprocessors
We rely on a small set of leading enterprise cloud, AI, and email subprocessors to deliver the service. All subprocessors operate under enterprise data processing terms. A current list is available on request via info@trysia.ai.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data. For PHI, requests are routed through your clinic (the data controller). Contact info@trysia.ai for any privacy request — we respond within 30 days.
6. Cookies
We use only essential cookies for authentication and language preference. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced via email to account administrators at least 30 days before they take effect.
